ORDERING PROCESS
1. When the details of Your order are clarified by e mail(s), You send us the hair strands by post.
2. Nanna Salmi checks out the hair and verifies that the certain ribbon and item can be made.
3. Next You receive an invoice per e -mail.
4. As soon as it´s paid, we start to make your jewellery.
5. Ready item is delivered to You in ca. 3-4 weeks.

NOTE! Shipping in EU by FedEx Express Courier 70 - 80 €, registered letter 30 €. Final pricing depends on Your location.
Shipping USA, Canada and other countries outside EU by FedEx Express Courier 50 €.

KUINKA TILAAMINEN ETENEE
1. Kun tilauksesi yksityiskohdat on sovittu sähköpostitse, sinä lähetät meille jouhet postissa.
2. Nanna Salmi tarkistaa jouhet ja varmistaa että niistä voi kutoa toivomasi nauhan haluamaasi koruun.
3. Saat laskun/tilausvahvistuksen sähköpostitse.
4. Kun suoritus näkyy tilillämme, koruasi aletaan valmistaa.
5. Valmis koru toimitetaan sinulle 3-4 viikossa, Suomeen seurantakoodillisena lähetyksenä.
